1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or call from our dispatch team. Quoted fares are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if pickup/drop-off details, distance, or timing change.

2. Fares & Payment

Fares include applicable night and weekend surcharges where relevant, and are payable by cash to the chauffeur, secure card processing, or corporate bank transfer, as selected at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or excess luggage not declared at booking.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation charge. If your pickup requirement is less than 12 hours away, please call us directly at 01444 300345 to confirm your booking status.

4. Passenger & Luggage Guidelines

Passengers must select a vehicle class suitable for their party size and luggage. Child seats can be requested at booking for an additional charge. We reserve the right to refuse carriage of items that pose a safety risk or exceed the vehicle's capacity.

5. Liability

While we take every care to ensure a safe and timely journey, Comfort Taxis Haywards Heath is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including missed flights or connections resulting from such delays.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect the personal details you provide at booking (such as name, contact number, email, and journey details) solely to arrange and manage your transport. Your information is never sold to third parties, and is only shared with our dispatch and driver network as needed to fulfil your booking.
